Kristelle Lavallee is the Global Teen Wellbeing Policy Manager at Discord, where she focuses on promoting the wellbeing and empowerment of youth. Before joining Discord, Kristelle led Youth Safety and Wellbeing policy for North America at TikTok. She also served as the Senior Content Strategist at the Digital Wellness Lab at Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School.
