Luc is an internationally recognized public policy and regulatory affairs expert for the technology and video games industries. He has spent 20 years working internationally with the world\u2019s leading technology and gaming companies as a strategic advisor, both in-house at Google and Meta, and through his advisory firm, Delany & Co, established in 2013. Luc believes so passionately in k-ID\u2019s mission he left his own firm to join k-ID. He has been a leader in the gaming industry for over a decade, through his roles as CEO of the International Social Games Association (ISGA) and Chair of the Mobile Games Intelligence Forum (MGIF), both of which play key roles in regulatory development for online video games.<\/p>\n
