Both Virginia and Maryland have taken different approaches to kids&#8217; online safety. From a default 1-hour time limit for social media in Virginia to an updated Age Appropriate Design Code in Maryland, a child could have different safety measures in a quick commute along the beltway.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Are these real concerns to contend with or are the impacts overstated?
