Saul specializes in utilizing high-tech, evidence based treatments such as biofeedback and neurofeedback, as well as treating problematic technology overuse and helping families implement developmentally appropriate digital usage plans.
He works in private practice, health care and academic settings, and served as Training Director for Behavioral Medicine at the Cambridge Health Alliance, a Harvard Medical School teaching affiliate. He lectures internationally on treating chronic anxiety and medical conditions, and the use of technologies such as Virtual Reality for combat-related Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
Saul co-authored several patents (two pending) focused on managing problematic technology overuse and supporting online safety. He is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and also Registered and Chartered in the United Kingdom.
