Kamya Jagadish

Kamya Jagadish is part of the Product Public Policy team at Anthropic. She bridges technical implementation with policy considerations to help ensure AI systems are developed and deployed in ways that benefit society while managing potential risks. Her work at Anthropic spans the topics of user wellbeing and child safety, bias, transparency reporting, and agents.

Kamya’s background combines technical expertise with policy understanding, which allows her to effectively navigate the challenges of emerging AI technologies. Prior to Anthropic, she worked in product and data science roles at Meta and Lime, and has served as a White House Presidential Innovation Fellow. Kamya holds an MPP from Harvard Kennedy School, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a B.S. from Yale University.
