Head of Enforcement, Kalshi

Robert DeNault is Head of Enforcement at Kalshi. In that role, DeNault leads exchange investigations, interfaces with law enforcement agencies, and pursues enforcement or disciplinary actions against traders that violate exchange rules, federal regulation or law, in addition to working on general litigation issues at Kalshi. Prior to joining Kalshi, DeNault worked as an associate in the white collar litigation groups at White & Case and Gibson Dunn on representing clients facing investigations and enforcement actions by the DOJ, SEC, CFTC, and other regulatory agencies.
