Danielle A. Davis, Esq. is an attorney, tech policy expert, and digital educator working to make complex technology policy issues accessible to the communities most impacted by them. Most recently, Danielle was named an AI Policy Influencer by the Brookings Institution, served as a Tech & Public Policy Visiting Fellow at Georgetown University’s McCourt School and was selected for the inaugural cohort of Harvard Law School’s executive education program: AI and the Law: Navigating the New Legal Landscape. Her analysis has been featured in Tech Policy Press, and she has spoken at national convenings including the State of the Net Conference and TPRC. Across her work, Danielle is committed to ensuring Black communities are not only protected from digital harm, but positioned to lead in the digital future.
