David Sasaki leads research and advocacy on potentially addictive technologies for the American Institute for Boys and Men. Previously, he was a grantmaker focused on democracy and civic technologies for the Hewlett Foundation, Gates Foundation, Omidyar Network, and Open Society Foundations. Earlier in his career, David worked at Global Voices, an organization that supports citizen media reporting around the world. In his personal time, he enjoys books, bicycles, and basketball.
