Jocelyn Garay is Director of External Affairs at CTIA. She leads engagement efforts on federal and state issues, Third Party partnerships and coalition building, Intergovernmental outreach, Accessibility Outreach and Online Safety. Her responsibilities include forming, coordinating and advocating wireless policy on topics of concern to CTIA membership, including critical issues involving taxation, broadband deployment, wireless verticals, and government mandates. Prior to joining CTIA, Jocelyn worked for Congresswoman Nydia Velazquez, Congressman Don Beyer, and Senator Mark Warner, and the Dewey Square Group.
