Jordan Bivings Glover is the Chief Operating Officer of the Family Online Safety Institute (FOSI), where she helps lead organizational strategy, operations, membership engagement, and cross-sector initiatives focused on making the online world safer for children and families. With experience spanning startup advising, nonprofit leadership, strategic planning, and operational growth, Jordan brings a practical, systems-oriented approach to helping organizations move from big ideas to sustainable execution. At FOSI, she works closely with senior leadership, industry partners, policymakers, researchers, and civil society stakeholders to strengthen collaboration around digital safety, responsible innovation, and family-centered online experiences.
Jordan is especially interested in the intersection of technology, parenting, public policy, and organizational change. She is passionate about building trusted spaces for dialogue across sectors and translating complex challenges into practical strategies that support families, communities, and institutions.
In addition to her leadership role at FOSI, Jordan is a co-host of FOSI’s digital parenting podcast, Moms Off Mute: Raising Digital Kids, where she brings a practical, parent-centered perspective to weekly conversations about raising children in today’s digital world. Jordan holds an MBA from The George Washington University School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University.
