Kristelle Lavallee Collins is the Global Teen Policy Manager at Discord, where she focuses on promoting the wellbeing and empowerment of youth. Before joining Discord, Kristelle led Youth Safety and Wellbeing policy for North America at TikTok, overseeing policy frameworks for teen users and managing special initiatives, including the STEM Feed. She also served as the Senior Content Strategist at the Digital Wellness Lab at Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School. Alongside her role at Discord, Kristelle is an adjunct professor of psychology at Gordon College, and a lecturer in Child Study and Human Development at Tufts University.
