Lillie Brown

Miss Illinois’ Teen, Miss Illinois Scholarship Organization

Lillie Brown is a passionate advocate for online safety and digital responsibility. Inspired by her own experience with an online predator at age twelve, she founded Crowned in Confidence: Empowering Strong Digital Citizens, a movement dedicated to educating and equipping teens and parents to use social media safely and responsibly.

Through her initiative, Lillie has partnered with Illinois lawmakers and worked with the Family Online Safety Institute to promote online safety awareness and distribute online safety agreements to sixth graders across Illinois. Her goal is to create a more respectful and supportive digital world where every young person feels protected, valued, and heard.

Lillie is a 16 year old homeschooled student currently serving as Miss Illinois’ Teen 2025, representing the Miss America Opportunity and its mission of scholarship, service, style, sisterhood and success. A lifelong dancer from Jacksonville, Illinois-the birthplace of the Ferris wheel-Lillie has been performing since age two and loves inspiring others through movement and community outreach.

With a genuine heart for service, Lillie is helping to shape the next generation of strong, confident, and compassionate digital citizens.
