Linda leads the team of legal professionals that supports Microsoft’s Xbox Gaming business and is a member of the Xbox Gaming Leadership Team. She oversees the legal support for Microsoft’s 24 worldwide game studios, Xbox engineering, Xbox Live and Xbox Game Pass services, the Xbox Store, and business development. She is a key participant in advancing Microsoft’s public policy priorities relating to Gaming and adapting to an increasingly complex regulatory environment, and in helping to ensure Microsoft’s Xbox Gaming business is conducted in a trustworthy and compliant manner.

Linda has served in several legal roles during her 24-year tenure at Microsoft, including overseeing complex antitrust, commercial and IP litigation and supporting the development of several of Microsoft’s products, including Microsoft’s Devices business, Windows Engineering, and Mobile Phone business. 

Linda is passionate about digital safety and played a leading role in drafting Xbox’s Shared Commitments to Safer Gaming with Sony and Nintendo, and Microsoft Studios’ loot box policies. 

In addition to her work at Microsoft, Linda enjoys hiking and playing music with friends in their cover band “The Approximations” (because every song sounds approximately like the original.)
