Marcelina Maciąg is one of Poland’s most influential young leaders, representing Europe as a member of TikTok’s Global Youth Council, where she works to advance youth safety online. She also is the youngest-ever member of the NATO Youth Advisory Board and the country’s sole representative, appointed by Secretary General Mark Rutte to advise on security and social resilience. As founder of the Kintsugi Foundation, she leads nationwide mental health initiatives for young people, including the Blue Box program – implemented in 160 schools, supporting over 140,000 students, with 650 schools registered to join — and the Youth Kindness Revolution. From 2022 to 2024, she chaired the Youth Regional Assembly of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, overseeing projects on education, inclusion, and mental health, and collaborated with UNICEF Poland and the Children’s Rights Ombudsman to strengthen youth participation in public life. A finalist for the Global Student Prize (top 50 worldwide) and Poland’s Young Generation Ambassador, she has spoken at major global forums, including the NATO Youth Summit and UNICEF’s 35th Anniversary of the Convention on the Rights of the Child. A member of Stanford University’s Class of 2029, Marcelina plans to pursue politics, technology, and leadership—driven by her goal to become the first female President of Poland.
