Sophia Roman is a seasoned legal executive with deep expertise in privacy, emerging technologies, and digital safety. As Lead Counsel at Walmart Inc., she advises on complex legal and regulatory issues across AI, immersive platforms, and emerging technologies, and leads enterprise-wide initiatives focused on children’s privacy and COPPA compliance. She holds a J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from UC Davis.
