Whitney Buchmann is the founder and CEO of Illustra Impact, a social innovation consultancy specializing in strategy, stakeholder alignment, and facilitation for cross-sector coalitions. For over 15 years, she has facilitated multi-stakeholder convenings — including executive retreats, international commissions, and strategic planning processes for organizations spanning healthcare, philanthropy, child welfare, and civic engagement.

Known for translating complex, high-stakes dialogue into clear direction and action, Whitney brings a rare combination of systems thinking, cross-cultural fluency (English/Spanish), and steady, trust-building presence in the room. She holds a Global MBA from IE Business School.

Based in St. Petersburg, Florida, with her dog Nala, she is still a proud Eagles fan. Whitney enjoys being an auntie, hosting her podcast “Who Do You Love?”, and slow mornings at coffee shops
