May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Currently, many young people are struggling with their mental health for a variety of reasons. Sometimes, the online world can add to our stress and damage our mental health, other times, digital connection can actually improve our mental health. This series includes blogs from a therapist, a doctor, a social worker and online safety advocates about what kids (and their caregivers!) can do to support their mental health in our digital world.
