For November our focus is "Online Safety in Transition". We are really excited about this topic, so much so that we have dedicated our Annual Conference to it. On December 1st, we are gathering leaders in industry, government, NGOs, academics and researchers to discuss the future trajectory of online safety.
The field of online safety is rapidly changing, and as a parent, we recognize it is hard to keep up. Traditional concerns like inappropriate content, cyberbullying and sexting persist. But emerging issues such as online harassment, student data privacy, radicalization, virtual and augmented reality and the Internet of Things pose new challenges as well as opportunities for kids and their families.
This month we asked those participating in our conference to contribute to our blog and to share advice with parents about how to approach changes in technology within their homes.
