Carolina is responsible for policy and regulatory issues management and public affairs across North and South America, In this role, she works internally and externally to mitigate commercial risks and create opportunities through dedicated stakeholder engagement to further support the LEGO brand reputation and corporate social responsibility efforts. Her policy focus involves responsible digital engagement, intellectual property rights, and international trade. She has a Masters in International Trade and Investment Policy from the George Washington University. Carolina is originally from Brazil, but lives in New York with her husband and son.
