Julie has almost 25 years experience in the tech industry. She joined ByteDance in April 2020 to manage the EMEA Product Policy team. Since June 2021, she has been leading the Global Product Policy team for TikTok and Bytedance.

Prior to joining ByteDance, Julie has spent 10 years at Meta in different Trust & Safety roles, leading globally on Safety Policy as part of the Public Policy team.  Prior to joining Meta, she spent 10 years in the ecommerce industry. Julie is French and studied in La Sorbonne university, as well as ESJ Paris.
