Patricia Lepiani is a marketing expert with more than 24 years of experience and dynamic achievements in marketing and business. She is a seasoned marketing professional with proven success developing communication programs dedicated to reach hard-to-reach audiences.
She has had the opportunity to live, study, and work in Latin America, Europe and the United States. Patricia has worked with organizations such as Cisneros Group, AOL and DirectTV Latin America, Pizza Hut, and MoneyGram International.
Lepiani is the founder and president of The Idea Marketing, an award-winning, full-service marketing firm dedicated to developing communication solutions to improve personal and public welfare. Patricia has applied her marketing expertise to an array of for-profit, nonprofit and government organizations including Washington State Department of Health, Denver Zoo, City and County of Denver, Mental Health Center of Denver, ACCION NM-TX-AZ-CO, Denver Housing Authority, Comcast, Nurse Family Partnership, Small Business Administration, Colorado Department of Education, and Colorado Department of Health and Public Environment, among others.
Under her leadership, her firm has been awarded a Top 500 Hispanic Businesses in the country, Top 100 Diverse Business, and Top Women-Owned. Moreover, in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 The Idea Marketing was included in the Colorado Biz Magazine Top 100 Women Owned Companies in the State of Colorado and also won the Booming Biz Award in 2017.
Patricia holds dual MBAs from the ESCEM (France) and the IESA (Venezuela), a MS in Marketing Strategy from the University of Denver (Daniels College of Business), and a B.A. in Mass Communications. She was an adjunct professor of Integrated Marketing Communications for the MBA program at University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business.
Patricia has also served on the boards of Denver Botanic Gardens, Denver Public Library Friend Foundation, Mi Casa Resource Center, Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce, Denver Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Early Milestones and ProjectWise.
