Victoria currently leads the TikTok Trust and Safety Outreach team for the Americas whose mission is to engage external voices and experts to improve user safety on the platform. Prior to TikTok she was the Director of Public Policy and Social Impact at Tumblr. From 2009-2014, she served in the United States Department of Homeland Security and in the White House Office of Public Engagement.
